I was awake by the smell of something nice, I perceived some aroma coming through the kitchen, that must be my superwoman's handwork.
The aroma had bashed into my room by force and had already penetrated my nose which I stood up like a flash and decided to walk to the kitchen, that is when I stopped.

After I was done rinsing myself. I wear my black short and white polo, wear my slippers and carry my phone before headed to the kitchen.

If I wasn't changed, there's no how I will have avoided that. I scrolled down, checked the next message which was from Sandra Jackson ‘I will be free tomorrow, what time are we meeting?’

I ignore all of them, I just can't reply them anymore. I clicked on my messages box and click on mark those messages. Likewise, I make sure I also deleted all.
I am a change man and that change man required a new beginning; now and that I'm presently free from my nightmare, from what had been tormenting me for years which I must obey like a humble servant.
Now that I have been cured, I can't go back to being my old self anymore. Clara walked out from the kitchen and drop the food on the dining table. I position my camera and snap her.
Since I don't want to go back to my past, I need to do this, of course I need to take the risk, this is now the part I must face my past alone, I edit the picture by covering her face and then uploaded immediately with caption ‘My painkiller’ xoxoxo.
I stood up immediately and headed to the dinning table, I sat down which Clara then return with juice and water and placed them on the table.
I was about unveiling my food when he stopped me. “What?” I questioned. “Can you help by leading in prayer?” she asked. “Like seriously?” I queried.
Oh boy, I don't even know how to pray, how will I even start? The only way I always see on social media is a priest closing his eyes and then say a little prayer. I just hoped this will work, and she will not catch me off guard.
I placed my two hands together and close my eyes as I prayed. ‘In the name of the father and the son and the Holy Spirit. Amen!’ I say and open my eyes.
Clara was still closing her eyes. Do I have to add anything else? I asked myself thou I was shocked why she was still closing her eyes. “I'm done praying!” I said which she looked at me and then burst out laughing.
“Why are you laughing?” I asked. “Nothing!” She replied. “Hmmmmm, is like you're not telling me everything sunshine?” I asked. “Don't worry love, we are going to church every Sunday.” She said and then unveil her food and started eating smiling.
I think that she doesn't want to hurt my feeling, I know that I messed up, big man like me doesn't even know how to pray, it really a big shame. Must bad thing always happens while I want to eat.
I unveil my food and started eating slowly. “I'm sorry, babe!” She later said which I remain mute. I was angry at myself. “Don't blame yourself too much!” She added as I nodded my head.
I finished eating and notices that she isn't yet done with hers, maybe she is a slow eater. “Thank you!” I mumble.
“You're welcome.” She replied and continue eating. I walked back to the sitting room, I peep back and she was mute. It seems like she's not enjoying the food.
“Are you okay sunshine?” I asked which she nodded her head indicating as yes. “It just that it's not my favorite, I was just preparing it for you.” She said. I walked up to her and make her stood up.
“Don't worry, go and dress up, I'm taking you out.” I said. “It's a date?” She inquired. “I don't know, but if you want to put it that way, fine, just go and be fast.” I told her.
She wanted to clear the table as I drew her back. “Don't worry about that too, I'll do it myself.” I added which she smiled and then climb the stair.
I packed the plate to the kitchen, I kept her food inside the fridge and came back to clean the table. Likewise, I have been doing these a long time, so no big deal. It now I think I will benefit from her.
