Episode 2 😱😭
Jasmine.

I regained consciousness shortly after. Certainly, it was the combination of the loud music playing in the house and the terror I felt that made it impossible for me to pass out for long!

Fred was...an occultist! God, that thought terrified the life out of me. Looking at the disgusting spillage on the floor sent cold shivers down my spine.

Squirming maggots, blood, mucus! Was Fred producing that from his...God, I couldn't even think of it. What occupied my mind was what would've happened to me if Fred had been pouring that directly into me!

I got up, panicked. Should I be thankful that he hadn't made love to me without his demonic condoms?

What was he doing to my body!! Those questions couldn't be answered because only Fred held the answers.

The big house suddenly felt strange to me. There were dead people everywhere and only the loud Occultic song drowned their cries for help!

With my heart pounding, I quickly cleaned the mess, put the used condom back and pretended I knew nothing.

I couldn't sit still though; my body was shaking terribly!!

It got worse when Fred drove back in and entered the house. He looked a little solemn and displeased.

When he saw me sitting on the bed like a scared rabbit, he squinted at me. "Eh, Jasmine, I hope you didn't turn off the music?"

I shook my head. "No!"

"Good girl! Tomorrow, we will go shopping. I'll get you something that will make you look chubby and cute!"

Before, I would've smiled because he was so romantic. But now, all I felt was fear. This man was brimming with darkness!

I watched him change uncomfortably, then he checked his box of used condom, then nodded.

Later that night, he increased the music's volume and came to bed. "Jasmine, let's sleep."

My body froze! Was he going to ask for s*x? No, no! But how would I deny him that without giving away what I knew??

Reluctantly, I lay down beside him on the bed. I didn't sleep till he started to snore!

I said a silent prayer. The music helped me stay awake too, but I was scared knowing that behind that song were hundreds of dead and trapped souls!

The next morning, Fred hurried out without breakfast. He'd turned off the music–he only played it at night.

The moment I was sure he'd left, I changed, grabbed a few essential things and zoomed off.

I didn't even bother to pack my clothes. I wanted him to wonder where I'd gone to! I was leaving Fred. Forget about divorce; I was going to run!

I took a taxi and gave directions. I didn't go to my parent's house or any of my friends that Fred knew–he would find me there.

I went to one of my old neighbour's daughter, Doris. Fred wouldn't know about her. I even turned my phone off to prevent being traced.

When Doris saw how distressed I looked, she became worried. "Doris, I'm finished!" I said.

"What happened?" She asked, startled.

"Let me rest first. My husband is a monster!" I trembled just thinking about it.

Doris didn't insist; she offered me juice to calm down.

However, 2 hours later, someone knocked on the door. Doris was in the kitchen so she asked me to check who it was.

Exhausted, I went to the door and pulled it open.

My jaw hung in horror when I saw Fred right there. He looked like he would kill someone any moment from then!

"You thought you could hide from me? Never!"

I couldn't move. I wasn't safe, and I wondered how the heck he'd found me!
